Great Post! I was just talking to another agent on my team yesterday about this. I think MRIS (the local MLS board for those unfamiliar) needs to address this in a bad way.If we are going to be dealing with this type of market for years to come (especially out here in Prince William County) there really needs to be a category in the MLS -- actually, two -- one for "Unauthorized or Unapproved
